6 Weeks to a Better, Stronger, More Energetic You
I’m only featuring the hundred push ups training program here because it’s perfect for freelancers. As someone who was formerly capable of doing 50 in one go, I can tell you that push-ups as an exercise are relatively easy to do (you just… push up!) but really work a lot of your body. The training program promises to buff you up enough so that you can do one hundred consevutive push-up.
In fact, maybe I should start doing push-ups whenever I’m in a creative funk. Maybe the idea will hit me as I’m doing them, and I’ll have bigger pecs to show for it too. In any case, there’s so much you can do at home anyway.
