I’ve already made the case for concise communication, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that spending time to communicate is a bad thing. Spend less time discussing what to do and more time doing it
Create less confusion if words are chosen correctly
Become effective at persuasion, since you express more with less
Maximize the Internet, providing more information through pictures and outbound links
Give the impression that all your communications are worthy of attention
