Infusion Cooking and Why It Helps Freelancers

Either you’ve got several projects to finish by tomorrow, or you can’t be bothered taking your time cooking meals. You love what you’re doing, and eating near your equipment isn’t recommended. Not to mention being responsible for feeding everyone can take up too much of your busy schedule.

But you still need to eat. Eat fast, at the same time making sure you’re getting what you need. Luckily Elizabeth Parnell writes about Infused One-Pot Meals, which apparently prove that quick preparation and nutrition aren’t mutually exclusive. Her sample recipe takes a few minutes to prepare and 45 minutes to bake. So you can probably wrap up that project while your meal simmers in its own juice.
