Making Money off Illustrations, Photos, and Videos

If you have the time, feel free to read The Shark Investor’s Alternative Income: Selling Illustrations, Photos and Videos. An interesting article, primarily because it actually cites concrete examples to back up the wordy discussion.

More importantly, for a freelancer with a mind for finances, selling imagery can turn out to be quite a lucrative use of your free time. Snap whatever interests you, in an interesting way, and who knows? It could be a constant hit on stock sites, attracting purchases that generate passive income for you.

Think about it: you snap a photo or draw something once. Once you upload to a stock seller, the website will take care of handling orders for you, and all you have to do is collect your share of the profits. It’s usually better to make money without constant effort, I always say. (sharkinvestor.com, image courtesy of funny-p)
