A friend recently had a bad day, wondering why his contact was so quick to think negatively of him. So what did he do? He took his bad experience, and turned into an idea for a project. In fact, I followed his lead, writing about why we should be superficial communicators.
Sometimes life may push us down and make us feel bad. All we want to do rail against a perceived injustice or slight. But, after moping around for a while, why not turn something bad into good? Getting something done is always satisfying, and while it may not make us feel totally better, it helps us deal with life a bit.
