Rearrange Your Taskbar Buttons With Taskbar Shuffle

The fact is that Windows’ Taskbar has its limitations. You can’t for instance, rearrange the buttons on the taskbar. These are usually arranged by the order in which you opened them. But this doesn’t help if there are a lot of Windows open, and you need to rearrange the buttons for the sake of keeping things orderly.

Enter Taskbar Shuffle. The program lets you rearrange buttons on the taskbar by dragging them around, similar to organizing toolbars in Microsoft Word. Pretty intuitive and easy to use, and as one reviewer said: “it’s so obvious that you wonder why it’s not in windows from scratch.”

Best of all, it’s free. You can download it from here. Taskbar Shuffle is designed for Windows XP, but if anyone can try it out in Windows Vista, please let us know how that turns out.
