Why Punctuality Equals Passion
Is it possible that our punctuality indicates our passion?
My problems with punctuality have been well documented. I always try my best to meet those deadlines, to be on time for client meetings, and finish my work early. But it’s not 100%; I’ve noticed that I slip on certain projects, involving certain kinds of work.
It’s worrying for me. Aside from creating unnecessary stress for myself, I may have committed to what I’m not really passionate about. In other words, I may be doing some things only for the money.
That’s not the point though. Again, I’m interested in the concept of our punctuality indicating our passion about things. Right now I’m reviewing my punctuality habit, determining which things I’m more punctual about than others.
I believe that this can provide me a better picture of what my real passion are. At least in my case, I think I’m subconsciously punctual when it comes to what I really like doing, and always late for whatever I do just for the sake of doing.
